SHIPPING INFO

Confirm

A confirmation email or text will be sent to you once the order is confirmed. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. 

Processing

It usually takes 1 business day or within 24 hours upon receiving your order for us to handle or process your order. Package collection is then booked with our courier service for collection. At this stage, your tracking will have this kind of message (Customer data received, Consumer Consignment Shipped PUSH notification sent) which means your package is ready and waiting for collection. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

Shipping

 We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours after processing time so we waste no time to fulfil and then sent it to courier for next day delivery depending on the delivery method you choose. Please note that, personalised or custom products such as clothing and some home decor products may take a bit longer as they are handmade but rest assured there will be communication or constant update at any stage of your order. Your tracking at this stage will updated so we advise you take a look so you don't miss a delivery.

DO YOU SHIP ON WEEKENDS?

No, we only ship on Monday to Friday however deliveries can happen on weekends depending on the courier service we use at the time. So for example, if you place an order Monday, it will be processed and shipped by Tuesday then delivered the next day depending on the shipping method you chose at checkout however any order placed on the weekend will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.

At My Africa Caribbean, we take great pride in years of experience in the design, manufacturing and sales of home products.

My Africa Caribbean cooperates with a number of different carriers. The courier in charge of your delivery may therefore vary. Deliveries are made to your chosen address. If no one is home, we can arrange for the carriers to leave the goods at your doorstep (this is not recommended, as you will not have a receipt in case of missing parts or damage). Alternatively, the carriers can leave a telephone number for you to call, in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Shipping fees is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order.

When receiving the goods we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment for missing- or defective parts. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 7 days.
