USAGE INFO :
Do not refreeze. Cooking Instructions: Cook on a suitable motorised doner machine (the burners are equal to or longer than the doner being cooked). Ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked and achieves +75°C. Slice thin pieces from the surface of the doner and store at +63°C. If further cooking is required use an alternative method (e.g. griddle or pan) to achieve +75°C. Discard the last 5mm of meat left on the pole. Do not use the meat in contact with the centre pole.
