Confirm

A confirmation email or text will be sent to you once the order needs confirmed. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. 

Processing

It usually takes 1 business days or within 24 hours upon receiving your order. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

Shipping

 We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours so we waste no time to fulfil your within 24 hours and then sent it to courier for next day delivery depending on the delivery method you choose. Please note that, personalised or custom products such as clothing and some home decor products may take a bit longer as they are handmade but rest assured there will be communication or constant update of any stage of your order.

At My Africa Caribbean, we take great pride in years of experience in the design, manufacturing and sales of home products.

My Africa Caribbean cooperates with a number of different carriers. The carrier in charge of your delivery may therefore vary. Deliveries are made to your chosen address. If no one is home, we can arrange for the carriers to leave the goods at your doorstep (this is not recommended, as you will not have a receipt in case of missing parts or damage). Alternatively, the carriers can leave a telephone number for you to call, in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Shipping fees is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order.

International Shipping Update

SHIPPING COSMETICS AND FOOD BETWEEN THE UK AND EU AFTER BREXIT

As the UK has now left the EU single market, certain products are now restricted and can no longer be sent on our services UK<>EU. Please check below to ensure any items you are sending are not now prohibited to be sent on these routes.

FOOD

Cannot be sent

  • Fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds
  • Meat, fish and other animal products
  • Dairy products such as chocolate (including dry products containing dairy such as protein powder)
  • Perishable products of any kind

COSMETICS

Cannot be sent

  • Body creams
  • Lotions
  • Moisturisers
  • Sun cream

Restricted products to USA and Canada

Examples of restricted items include firearms, certain fruits and vegetables, animal products, animal by products, and some animals.

Please note that, your order/item/product will be cancelled and fully refunded if it falls under any of these restriction and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience as these are the new policies from customs.

 

When receiving the goods we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment for missing- or defective parts. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 7 days.
