To make a chicken stock, dissolve 20g Knorr chicken powder in 1 litre of boiling water. Try using a stronger mixture of chicken powder and water to marinate chicken strips, for a flavourful stir fry. Or rub in to the skin of a whole chicken or wings & drumsticks before roasting or frying, for crispy skin bursting with chicken flavour.
Knorr chicken powder bouillon has the same great flavour as Amoy chicken powder, something of a cult ingredient in China.
