Squid (Mollusc) (70%), Coating [Water, Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Thickeners (E1420, E1404), Raising Agents (E450, E500), Sugar, Salt (1.2%), Pepper (1%) Wheat Gluten, Egg White Powder (<0.7%), Celery Seed, Flavour Enhancer (E621)Colour (E160c)].

USAGE INFO :
Deep fry: Preheat oil to 180C. deep fry frozen squid for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 210C. Place frozen squid on a preheated baking rack and bake for 24-26 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow a minute to cool before serving.
