Tex’s Jerk Seasoning 300g

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of jamaican jerk seasoning on to 1 kg of meat,chicken or fish and rub in thoroughly.Leave to marinate then cook in oven,grill,microwave, barbequeor as desired. For use before/during cooking just add to taste.
