Directions for use:
1) Combine 270g of Grace Johnny Cake Mix with 150ml of milk.
2) Add a little milk at a time until a firm dough is formed.
3) Knead mix for several minutes until a dough is formed.
4) Divide dough into 16 balls, approximately 1.5 tbsp each.
5) Roll each dough ball with floured hands and set aside.
6) Fry in batches in 1/2 inch of oil on a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
7) Drain the Johnny Cakes on paper towel and serve hot – Enjoy.
